Treatment Areas

  • For many people, anxiety occurs under specific stres
sful situations. For others, anxiety is always with
them every minute of the day, causing problems in
all areas of their life.  Physical symptoms of chest pains, shortness of breath,
and digestive disorders as well as avoidance of activities,
poor concentration and distracting thoughts can disrupt
a person's normal functioning. With our treatment, one
can conquer the cycles of fear and self-defeat caused
by anxiety.

Even moderate trauma can adversely affect individuals’ functional status when the trauma has not been processed and released. Center for Behavior Medicine has staff trained in both traditional (talk therapy) and more experimental (EDMR and hypnosis) methods to find resolution from trauma and dissociation disorders.
